What we collect

• Account info: your name, email address, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your raw password).
• Purchase info: which courses or digital products you've bought, so we can grant access to them.
• Basic usage data (like login times) needed to operate the site.
• ReadyScore: your answers and results, saved to your account.

Prep Plan

If you request a Prep Plan, we collect what you write in the request form: your exam, target date, background, study materials, weekly study time and related details, plus the written plan and any follow-up messages. Only you and the instructor can read them; they are never posted publicly. Payment is handled by PayPal, and we keep a record of the payment and any refund.

• You can view your plan in your account, and save or print it as a PDF, for 1 year after it is completed. After that, your personal request and plan content are deleted. We do not send email reminders yet, so please save your PDF before the date shown on your plan page. Payment and refund records are kept separately from that content.
• A request you save but do not pay for is deleted automatically 30 days after you last edited it.
• If the instructor cannot provide a plan and you are refunded, the request you submitted and his explanation are deleted 30 days after the refund is completed. The payment and refund record is kept separately.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, deliver the courses and materials you've purchased, respond to support requests, and improve the site. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use Supabase to host our database and handle authentication, and (when enabled) a payment processor to handle purchases. These providers only receive what they need to do their job — they don't get to use your data for anything else.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing dlduadlr@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, though we may need to keep records required for tax or legal purposes.
