Courses and digital downloads: all sales are final

Because our courses and digital downloads (like the SPI Exam Secret Notes) are delivered instantly and are immediately accessible once purchased, we're unable to offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

ReadyScore, the Answer Library and Ready to Prep are free, so there is nothing to pay for or refund.

Prep Plan

Prep Plan is a separate paid service ($9.90 per personalized exam prep plan) and is not covered by the course policy above. If the instructor cannot responsibly provide a plan for what you submitted, he will explain why and you will receive a full refund through PayPal.

Before you buy

Take a look at each course's description on the pricing page so you know what's included before checking out. If you're unsure whether a course is right for you, email us first and we're happy to help you pick the right plan.

Billing issues

If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — email us and we'll look into it and make it right.
